We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding team in Kettering. This is a replacement role due to a recent relocation and offers the chance to take on high-quality work from day one. The firm is considering individuals from NQ up to 3 years PQE. You will manage your own caseload, enjoy direct client contact, and benefit from the guidance of a wider Commercial Property team across Northamptonshire, including multiple Partners. With a strong commitment to career development and a collaborative culture, this is an excellent opportunity for ambitious lawyers at an early stage of their careers.
Scope of Work:
- Leases and freehold property transactions
- Development land and agricultural property
- Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, and individuals
- Commercial lending transactions
- Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
This role provides excellent variety and exposure to high-value and complex matters.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of commercial property law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
- Appetite for business development and client relationship building.
- Team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
