About the Role
We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join their Legal 500 recognised Private Client team in Higham Ferrers. You will be joining an established team of five, with additional support available from the wider Private Client teams across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. The firm is ideally looking for someone with over 3 years PQE who can manage their own caseload independently, while benefiting from the support, guidance, and collaborative culture of the wider team. With defined career development plans, first-class marketing support, and genuine opportunities to progress, this is an exciting role for an ambitious solicitor looking to grow in a forward-thinking firm.
Responsibilities
- You’ll manage a broad caseload of Private Client work, including:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
STEP membership is desirable, but support will be provided if you are working towards qualification. This role offers the chance to make a real difference while growing your career.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Private Client.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of Private Client matters.
- Confident in handling a caseload independently.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills.
