We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive for a new position based in Corby. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to establish and grow the firm's Private Client work in Corby, supported by an existing stream of business and the wider firm. You'll manage your own caseload independently, work closely with colleagues across the firm's Commercial teams, and take an active role in business development to expand the client base locally. The role offers excellent scope for progression, with the long-term opportunity to build and lead a dedicated Private Client team in Corby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Estates & Administration
- Estate & Inheritance Planning
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Trusts
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in Private Client work.
- Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of Private Client matters.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently without supervision.
- Confident in business development and building client relationships.
- Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to grow a team in the future.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
