Location: Cardiff
Salary: £140,000 – £160,000
TSR Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading national law firm to recruit an experienced Real Estate Partner for their growing Cardiff office. The firm has experienced significant growth both in Cardiff, making this an exciting time to join the business.
This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor/Legal Director looking to step into Partnership, or a Partner with a strong track record in Real Estate matters who is looking to step into a strategic leadership role within a highly regarded and expanding team.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of real estate matters, including:
- Leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Secured lending transactions
- Commercial development projects
- Real Estate Finance
You will work with a diverse client base while playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the property department.
The Ideal Candidate
To Be Considered For This Position, You Will
- Be a Senior Solicitor or existing Partner with strong real estate expertise
- Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines
- Have a proactive approach to client relationships and business development
