TSR Legal in Cardiff is seeking a Family Care Solicitor to join our busy Family Law team. You will manage a caseload of public law children matters, with a focus on care proceedings, and progress cases from instruction through to final hearing.
You will represent clients at all stages of proceedings in the Family Court, including case management hearings, interim applications and contested hearings, while providing clear, empathetic advice on child protection issues.
