A leading global digital media and streaming company is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to support its Legal Operations and Legal Affairs teams. This role will focus on contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal technology, and operational support, helping drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across a fast-growing, international business.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at the intersection of legal, business, and technology, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic legal ops initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business and finance teams to support the deal process, ensuring efficient and compliant contract execution
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
- Support system administration and track enhancements for matter management tools
- Manage legal-related payments, including subscription renewals and vendor coordination
- Support and optimize legal technology solutions, including automation tools and AI-driven workflows
- Drive legal operations projects to completion by coordinating across legal and cross-functional stakeholders
- Assist with operational support for the privacy program, including day-to-day process management
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations or a related role
- Experience in a global organization or large law firm environment preferred
- Strong understanding of contract management, legal operations workflows, and corporate governance processes
- Ability to bridge technical, legal, and business teams, translating requirements across functions
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally across multiple time zones
- Ability to make risk-based decisions independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
