A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel / Commercial Solicitor with IP Licensing experience to support their search and maps products. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level counsel with strong commercial contracting, intellectual property licensing, and technology law experience. This is a 40-hour per week, fully remote role. It is 8-months.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with third-parties based in EMEA.
- Support multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- IP licensing for the company's search and maps products.
- Marketing and promotion agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Law license, with ability to practice in the UK.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in a technology company.
Duration: 8 months
Hours: 40 per week
