A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel / Commercial Solicitor with IP Licensing experience to support their search and maps products. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level counsel with strong commercial contracting, intellectual property licensing, and technology law experience. This is a 40-hour per week, fully remote role. It is 8-months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with third-parties based in EMEA.
  • Support multi-jurisdictional transactions.
  • IP licensing for the company's search and maps products.
  • Marketing and promotion agreements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Law license, with ability to practice in the UK.
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience in a technology company.

Duration: 8 months

Hours: 40 per week

Location: Remote (United Kingdom)

Rate: $100 per hour USD / 73 per hour GBP
