We are recruiting for a Travel Consultant and Team Co-ordinator to join us. Join our dynamic Distribution Team as a Travel Consultant & Team Co-Ordinator, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel and coordination services across our Asset Management division. This is a varied and engaging role that offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a wider team to support business growth, governance, and operational excellence.
What you will be doing:
- Organising and managing travel arrangements for domestic and international business trips
- Coordinating logistics for events and meetings, including venue sourcing and supplier liaison
- Reviewing and processing invoices and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Supporting the maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan in collaboration with Governance
- Leading and developing a Travel Assistant through coaching, performance reviews and recruitment
- Ensuring compliance with travel policies and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Assisting with wider business management activities such as project delivery and data governance
- Acting as a point of contact for travel-related queries and providing expert advice to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Bringing experience in corporate travel booking, ideally within financial services or asset management
- Communicating confidently with senior stakeholders and managing complex travel requirements
- Showing proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
- Applying attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Leading with initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Displaying a passion for business travel and a commitment to delivering excellent service
