We’re recruiting for a Telephone Business Development Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. What you'll be doing:
- Managing relationships with a panel of intermediary accounts
- Promoting Group Protection products and propositions
- Delivering new business and retention targets
- Developing account strategies using market intelligence
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Responding to pre-renewal enquiries and gathering key information
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitors
- Handling customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
