Join our dynamic team at Group Functions, Change & Technology Services as a Technical Test Lead in Test Automation. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining a scalable, robust, and efficient test automation framework that drives our organisation's success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the creation, design, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks
- Providing expert guidance on testing tools, automation frameworks, and methodologies
- Developing and maintaining a test automation framework using Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber BDD
- Driving future enhancements with Playwright and AI-driven testing tools
- Establishing robust API testing methodologies using tools like Postman and REST APIs
- Collaborating with Portfolio Test Managers to align automation deliverables with project goals
- Championing continuous process improvement and exploring new tools and technologies
- Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing
Who we’re looking for:
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, computing science, data science) or equivalent experience
- Experience in dealing with high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of a wide variety of machine learning techniques
- Proficiency in coding languages for data manipulation (e.g., SQL) and machine learning model development (e.g., Python, R)
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience with cloud native tooling for Azure and AWS (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
