Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Technical Quality Analyst to join us. We’re offering a base salary between £52,000 - £58,000 depending on experience.
As a Technical Quality Analyst, you will work within the Quality Framework to:
- Review and assess the most complex manual calculations and documents in PRT Client Services.
- Use your knowledge of Defined Benefit Pensions to identify root causes of issues and help the business implement effective solutions.
- Support technical and customer queries to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
What you\'ll be doing:
- Conduct quality assurance assessments on complex manual pension calculations and documentation.
- Use your Defined Benefit pensions expertise to identify root causes of issues and support process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical and customer queries, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and managers based on QA findings.
- Support the development of QA strategies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor colleagues and help build technical knowledge across the team.
Qualifications - Who we\'re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes and related legislation.
- Experience in pension calculations, administration, and quality assurance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
