This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing strategically important outsourced services, working closely with one of our most significant partners, alongside a wider ecosystem of providers. You'll help ensure strong governance, effective supplier oversight and successful outcomes across Middle Office and Transfer Agency services. Working with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Operational Resilience and Procurement, you'll contribute to the delivery of critical services that support our Asset Management business.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing strategic supplier relationships to support strong service delivery, governance and contractual compliance
- Partnering with operational oversight teams to ensure effective management of Middle Office and Transfer Agency services
- Monitoring supplier performance, risks, issues and key oversight metrics to support informed decision‑making
- Coordinating governance forums, review meetings and due diligence activities across internal and supplier stakeholders
- Supporting supplier assurance reviews, resilience assessments and ongoing compliance with supplier management frameworks
- Building strong relationships across Operations, Compliance, IT, Procurement and Asset Management teams globally
- Identifying opportunities to improve supplier performance, value and operational effectiveness
- Contributing to the development of supplier management best practice and knowledge sharing across the wider team
What we're looking for:
- Experience in supplier relationship management, supplier governance, operational oversight or vendor management within financial services
- Knowledge of Asset Management operations, particularly Middle Office outsourcing and/or Transfer Agency services
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and organisational boundaries
- An understanding of supplier risk, governance and third‑party management principles
- Confidence working with performance data, management information and reporting activities
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to balance risk, performance and business outcomes
- Experience within Asset Management, an outsourced service provider, or a Transfer Agency environment would be particularly valuable
Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance‑related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
- Generous pension contribution
- Life assurance
- Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There's also the option to buy and sell holiday
- Competitive family leave
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax‑efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
- There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high‑street stores and online
- We're creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
