We’re recruiting for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join us. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll influence senior stakeholders, challenge positively, and drive real change. Legal & General is a leading UK financial services group with a global reach, and we’re investing in our Procurement Centre of Excellence, making this a great time to join and help shape the future.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of critical and high‑value suppliers for our Asset Management business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier leadership teams
  • Ensuring compliance with Supplier Relationship Management policies, standards and processes
  • Overseeing contract performance and conducting regular reviews against Service Level Agreements
  • Supporting and implementing change programmes to improve supplier and organisational performance
  • Collaborating with procurement teams on contract negotiations and renewals to secure strong commercial outcomes
  • Leading resolution of contractual disputes to minimise cost and operational impact
  • Developing and delivering processes that enhance service consistency and customer experience

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in supplier relationship management, category management or vendor management
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts, frameworks and financial services context
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Ability to build networks and maintain relationships across organisational and supplier boundaries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word with strong analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset to respond to changing business needs
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Relevant qualification in procurement and supply management
