We’re recruiting for a Service Charge Coordinator to join us on a 12 months FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary. Occasional travel to our London office will be required for team meetings and collaboration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the modelling and appraisal of service charges for new developments
- Acting as a key point of contact for Development teams on service charge matters
- Reviewing and updating service charge models through scheme approval stages
- Liaising with managing agents and suppliers to gather and validate budget information
- Maintaining accurate records within housing management systems
- Supporting annual reviews and reconciliations of service charge budgets and actuals
- Responding to customer queries and supporting resolution of service charge issues
- Contributing to performance reporting, audits and regulatory submissions
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience of service charge budgeting, modelling or reconciliation
- Understanding of service charge legislation and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of the affordable housing sector or related environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Confidence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of housing management systems and data accuracy
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
- Solid Excel skills and an interest in improving systems and processes
