We’re recruiting for a Senior Workforce Planning & Insights Partner to join our People Analytics & Strategic Workforce Planning team. You’ll be the “demand engine” for insights and planning activity, partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritise and deliver data‑driven solutions that inform strategic decisions, improve employee experience, and enable organisational change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify priorities and deliver impactful insights
- Leading projects that provide data‑driven recommendations to inform workforce strategy
- Supporting strategic workforce planning, modelling, and forecasting to align capability needs
- Coaching HR teams and embedding data and insights principles across the organisation
- Developing advanced analytics capability, including predictive modelling and AI applications
- Driving improvements in data governance, quality, and accessibility for better decision‑making
- Coordinating people data submissions and ensuring compliance with GDPR and ethical standards
- Collaborating with change programmes to enable data‑driven transformation
Qualifications Who we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in workforce planning, people analytics, and data reporting
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR policies, data protection, and information governance requirements
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx) and familiarity with predictive modelling
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business areas
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Project management experience delivering data or technology initiatives
- A degree in a technical or analytical discipline (or equivalent experience)
