Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the design and delivery of new private markets products and enhancements across multiple vehicles.
  • Managing product launches by defining scope, timelines, risks and milestones and coordinating cross‑functional delivery.
  • Leading governance activities by ensuring products meet regulatory, risk and internal policy requirements.
  • Reviewing the product range to assess performance, client outcomes and commercial viability.
  • Providing expert product insight on structure, regulation, positioning and operational considerations.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners to support product development and delivery.
  • Analysing market, competitor and industry trends to inform future product strategy and innovation.
  • Building strong relationships across the business to enable collaboration and successful execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in private markets product strategy, development or lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, including private markets structures and investor needs.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation, ideally including AIFMD and multi‑jurisdictional product frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent, with professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA or IMC desirable.
  • Collaborative approach with a commitment to inclusive behaviours and team success.
