We have a great opportunity for someone to join our award-winning Pension Risk Transfer business as a Senior Pensions Data Loading Specialist on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will build calculation models, load, check, and sign off on customer data into L&G’s Pension Administration System. You will also issue key customer communications as part of this varied role. This is a hybrid working opportunity, allowing flexible work between our Hove Office and home.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Independently analyzing scheme data, building calculation models, and loading scheme-specific benefits into the system.
- Completing test calculations to ensure accurate customer quotes and payments, meeting SLAs.
- Producing and issuing member correspondence reflecting scheme benefits and notifying customers, liaising with third-party printers as needed.
- Checking and signing off scheme loads and member correspondence prepared by team members.
- Providing support to internal and external clients, resolving inquiries per SLAs.
- Maintaining a full audit trail of data processes, testing, and documenting procedures for consistency.
- Keeping internal and third-party stakeholders updated on key information affecting their processing.
Who we\’re looking for:
- Understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and their administration.
- Knowledge of GDPR, Money Laundering, Treating Customers Fairly, and Complaints & Breach Guidelines.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Accurate, efficient, and detail-oriented service delivery.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant pension qualifications (e.g., CII, PMI) or industry experience preferred.
