Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior Manager Employee Communications, Asset Management. You will develop and execute campaigns and content for our Asset Management division to support growth ambitions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Head of Employee & CEO Communications, Asset Management, to craft and implement an employee communications strategy that boosts awareness, understanding, and trust in leadership, aligning with business goals.
- Partnering independently with senior leaders to create and drive communication plans that support key priorities, ensuring clear messaging and engaging content.
- Working with Marketing and stakeholders to develop newsletters, articles, videos, and organize hybrid/virtual Town Halls, assessing and improving engagement strategies.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance communication channels, planning, and evaluation, leveraging various media to inform, connect, and inspire employees.
- Supporting leaders in change management communications and deputizing for the Head of Employee Communications when necessary.
- Ensuring appropriate review and approval of communications, maintaining compliance and record-keeping.
- Managing employee-related matters in line with policies, maximizing business performance.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of employee and change communication strategies.
- Proficiency in creating diverse content types and delivering internal events.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to craft engaging narratives.
- Solid understanding of the asset management industry.
- Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Background in regulated organizations, ideally in financial services.
- Experience managing external agencies and collaborating internally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ownership of communication activities and goal-oriented delivery.
- Resilience under pressure and multitasking skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
