As a facilitator and coach, you will support all stages of the delivery lifecycle, blending technical excellence with strong commercial and business insight.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading cross‑functional delivery teams, applying the most appropriate agile framework to maximise value delivery and business outcomes.
- Facilitating all required agile ceremonies and delivery cycles to enable effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Identifying, managing, and removing impediments, minimising distractions, and establishing clear and effective escalation paths.
- Coaching and facilitating teams through constructive discussions and conflict resolution, empowering self‑organisation and ownership of delivery.
- Ensuring the effective use of delivery tools and metrics to provide transparency, track progress, measure value outcomes, and surface improvement opportunities.
- Driving the adoption of agile ways of working and best practices, coaching teams and stakeholders on collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer impact.
- Facilitating internal and external sessions to promote agile principles, strengthen collaboration, and support broader organisational adoption.
- Managing, motivating, and developing team members in line with company policies and the Partnership Agreement to ensure high performance and consistent delivery of business objectives.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Scrum Master with relevant certification or equivalent practical experience, such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), ICM, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or similar).
- A strong customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs and challenges using tools such as customer journey mapping to drive “outside‑in” solutions.
- Proven expertise in agile tooling, with a thorough understanding of Jira or equivalent platforms to effectively manage backlogs, sprints, and Kanban workflows.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience collecting, interpreting, and applying data from multiple sources to support evidence‑based decision making and value creation.
- Demonstrated experience as an agile practitioner and advocate, actively promoting the benefits of agile delivery methodologies and ways of working.
- Solid hands‑on experience operating as a Scrum Master within complex delivery environments, applying agile values and principles in practice.
- Background in IT delivery or transformation initiatives, such as development, business analysis, project management, operational change, or process and data modelling.
- Proven leadership and coaching capability, with the ability to influence, guide, and develop others both directly and indirectly.

- The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance‑related bonus plan and valuable share schemes.
- Generous pension contribution.
- Life assurance.
- Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only).
- At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday.
- Competitive family leave.
- Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax‑efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only).
- There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online.
- We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience.
