What you’ll be doing

  • Planning, launching and embedding the Salesforce platform (Brolly) across LGAH Operations and Management Providers.
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of the Brolly platform and its modules.
  • Driving adoption as the cross‑functional subject‑matter expert for Management Providers.
  • Collaborating with business design and learning leads to enhance digital literacy.
  • Creating and updating training content to reflect evolving business processes.
  • Delivering platform training and serving as the primary contact for ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring platform performance and engagement, identifying recurring issues and coordinating resolutions with the Technology team.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and working with stakeholders to refine and implement business efficiencies.

Who we’re looking for

  • Proven experience configuring, managing and enhancing Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence key stakeholders across all levels.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering training to drive user adoption and system engagement.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across internal teams and external partners.
  • Applied understanding of User Experience (UX) and Customer Journey principles.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Highly self‑motivated and independent, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Comfortable working with complex data, making confident decisions at pace while keeping the customer at the heart of delivery.
