We’re recruiting for a Risk Analytics Change Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of assigned initiatives within the Risk Analytics Product Line’s portfolio of change by using your awareness of both the business needs and the Risk Analytics processes and systems to facilitate the design, testing, and implementation of appropriate solutions.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and alignment on change delivery
  • Communicating key risks, issues, dependencies, and required inputs early to ensure all parties are informed and operationally ready for go-live
  • Supporting the Risk Analytics Lead Technical Change Actuary by advising on model, methodology, and reporting changes that meet business needs without causing regressions
  • Identifying technical limitations of proposed solutions, assessing their impact on business outcomes, and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Delivering Risk Analytics projects within agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards by collaborating with internal teams and third parties, and aligning with L&G governance frameworks
  • Leading or supporting requirements gathering and impact assessments using actuarial analysis, modelling, and stakeholder input to define and document specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Ensuring thorough testing and validation of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle to confirm they meet business and IT acceptance criteria and are fit for purpose
  • Managing the integration of changes into BAU operations through updated documentation, stakeholder training, and ongoing communication to support adoption and benefit realization

Qualifications – Who we\’re looking for:

  • Similar experience within a risk analytics or actuarial background
  • Previous project delivery experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and steer key stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to self-manage, support multiple concurrent projects, balance conflicting strategies, priorities, and work in a dynamic environment
