Job Description

We’re recruiting a Reward and Performance Analyst with a competitive base salary.

Are you passionate about driving performance and recognition in a dynamic environment? Join our high-performing team as a Reward and Performance Analyst, supporting our Retail Reward and Group Performance agendas. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to strategic projects and gain diverse experience across reward and performance areas.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Acting as an SME on Reward to advise and support the Retail division
  2. Supporting the design and implementation of strategic reward initiatives to achieve business goals
  3. Assisting with cyclical activities, including the annual pay review
  4. Providing insights through analysis of reward, performance, and recognition data
  5. Coordinating recognition and the Annual Awards across the business
  6. Enhancing organizational resources and technology platforms for a user-friendly experience related to performance, reward, and recognition
  7. Ensuring reward structures promote fair treatment of customers and positive outcomes
  8. Collaborating with business and HR stakeholders to support reward-related initiatives

Qualifications

  1. Level 5 CIPD qualification (desirable) or relevant HR experience
  2. Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and data modeling experience
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear presentation of information
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple projects
  6. Proficient in Excel with a desire to develop further
  7. Experience supporting organizational strategy through data and insights
  8. Experience with complex reward subjects is a plus
