Overview
Are you passionate about investment products and driven by delivering high-quality client solutions? We’re looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on Legal & General’s Index and ETF capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, shape compelling proposals, and contribute to our commercial success in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating and delivering responses to RFPs, DDQs and client-related requests
- Partnering with stakeholders across Investments, Distribution and Marketing
- Creating and maintaining best-in-class proposal content
- Managing a pipeline of proposals to meet commercial objectives
- Tracking and analysing proposal performance to drive continuous improvement
- Ensuring consistency and credibility of data used in client materials
- Supporting broader content needs across asset classes
- Upholding Consumer Duty standards in all client-facing materials
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level, with IMC or CFA (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience in investment management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Knowledge of ETFs and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
- Commitment to fairness, integrity and delivering good client outcomes
