What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining integrated, cross-programme delivery plans
- Leading planning sessions with senior stakeholders, PMOs, and technology leads
- Identifying and managing critical paths, interdependencies, and delivery risks
- Supporting governance through milestone tracking and delivery dashboards
- Assessing change impacts and contributing to change control processes
- Embedding consistent planning standards, tools, and templates
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align delivery plans
- Influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Programme Planner or Master Scheduler on complex programmes (£30M+)
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Experience in regulated or financial services environments is desirable
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, service-based architecture, and data management
- A proactive, inclusive, and solution-focused mindset
