Job Description
We\'re currently recruiting for a Pricing Analyst to join our Home Finance team in Solihull.
In this role, you will support the delivery of a fully integrated pricing analytics suite that will maximize commercial opportunities through the use of predictive pricing analytics to help define market behaviors/trends and optimize our pricing process, position, and strategy.

What you\'ll be doing:
- Exploring and implementing new price analysis modelling and software that can be embedded into regular reporting
- Understanding data systems within Home Finance and L&G to contribute to system improvements
- Producing pricing analysis to support decision-making, focusing on pricing sensitivities and forecasting
- Optimizing pricing proposal generation to maximize impact
- Developing processes to improve performance through automation and tooling
- Delivering regular reports with automation and standardization
- Building relationships with stakeholders, providing advice on data analytics
- Following governance procedures when implementing pricing changes
Qualifications
Who we\'re looking for:
- Qualification in a numerate subject; Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics is advantageous
- Ability to conduct data analysis and model development in Excel; experience in Python and/or R is advantageous
- Proficiency in Power BI for data modelling and visualization
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial skills
- Effective communication skills, able to tailor messages to the audience
- Ability to build strong working relationships and contribute ideas
- Experience with data science principles and methods, familiarity with data analysis tech & techniques
- Experience in Financial Services or Finance functions is advantageous, especially in Lifetime Mortgages
