We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change & Delivery team. This role is key to supporting governance and control across our portfolio, ensuring projects run effectively and stakeholders receive the highest level of service. What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating governance forums and reporting cycles to support effective portfolio management
- Producing and reviewing artefacts for governance forums including status reports, RAID logs and change control
- Tracking portfolio and project costs, supporting forecasts and monitoring adherence to budgets
- Supporting project documentation creation and quality checking for stage gate processes
- Leading process improvements and cost reduction initiatives to promote continuous improvement
- Supporting transitions of PMO process and tooling changes into live environments
- Coordinating user training on PMO processes and mentoring junior analysts within the team
- Implementing governance and reporting for changes impacting customers to meet key checkpoints
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working in a PMO environment, ideally embedded within a portfolio
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Exposure to financial tracking and the ability to contextualise data for project viability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience coordinating governance forums and producing high-quality reports and packs
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and supporting team development
