  • Handling invoices and expenses, resolving queries efficiently
  • Collaborating with Personal Assistant colleagues to provide seamless cover and consistent support
  • Organising events, conferences and team activities, managing logistics end to end
  • Supporting onboarding activity for new joiners within the team
  • Building effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of business priorities

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a Personal Assistant role within a complex organisation (minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Confidence working independently and making decisions where appropriate
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word and PowerPoint
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment

Benefits:

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance‑related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution

  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax‑efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • We offer many discounts for our own products and a range of high street stores and online
  • We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
