Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in IT risk, technology assurance, cyber, data or transformation risk (1LOD, 2LOD or 3LOD)

  • Knowledge of major change delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall)
  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations relating to technology and operational resilience (e.g., PRA, UK Corporate Governance)
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to make sound judgements
  • A collaborative, inclusive and proactive approach to achieving positive outcomes for the business and customers

Benefits:

  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. Option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Electric car scheme, offering employees the option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax‑efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • Various discounts for our own products and high‑street stores and online
  • We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 through investment in sustainable, modern offices across the UK
