What you'll be doing:

  • Working with senior technical colleagues to ensure new system development aligns with existing functionality and best practice

  • Providing PRT expertise to loading and administration teams, including support with scheme migrations and new scheme setup
  • Reviewing system and process changes to assess impacts on customer journeys and service delivery
  • Acting as an SME on IT and change initiatives to enhance customer support and experience
  • Keeping internal teams and third‑party partners informed of changes that may impact processing or customer outcomes

Who we're looking for:

  • Pension, Business Analysis or System Testing qualifications (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of BPA Admin systems, business analysis and testing practices
  • Understanding of LEAN and Agile methodologies and their application in a digital workplace environment
  • Knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions and a general understanding of the financial services industry
  • Ability to analyse and solve technical and business problems with initiative
  • Experience managing workloads effectively, adapting to changing priorities and supporting team goals
  • A collaborative, positive approach with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes
  • Flexibility in responding to change and supporting others through it

Benefits:

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance‑related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution

  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
  • We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
