We are looking for a Senior Attribution Analyst to join our Performance & Attribution team. In this role, you will support a wide range of investment strategies by delivering high‑quality attribution analysis and insight. You will work closely with colleagues across investments, product, data and technology, helping to shape and continuously improve the service we provide to our internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering attribution analysis across a range of asset classes including Fixed Income, LDI and Multi‑Asset
  • Developing and enhancing attribution models, tools and reporting
  • Collaborating with fund managers, strategists and product specialists to support investment decision‑making
  • Working closely with data, technology and investment partners to improve processes and controls
  • Meeting with stakeholders to understand requirements and explain attribution results
  • Ensuring appropriate controls and governance are applied across all attribution activities
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice within the team and wider business
  • Staying up to date with market developments, investment methodologies and client needs

Who we’re looking for:

  • A degree‑level qualification, ideally in a quantitative subject or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in an analytical role within investment management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of investment strategies and performance and attribution analysis
  • A solid understanding of fixed income instruments, derivatives and bond mathematics
  • Experience working with data and programming tools such as Python, VBA or SQL
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Curiosity, initiative and a genuine interest in financial markets
