Are you passionate about shaping digital experiences that genuinely improve customer outcomes? We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Workplace Savings team for a 12 month period. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer‑facing digital tools that help people make confident, informed financial decisions.
What you'll be doing:
- Defining and owning the product vision and backlog to align with strategic priorities
- Shaping and delivering customer‑centric digital journeys that support better decision‑making
- Partnering with technology, digital, insights and marketing teams to enable data‑driven solutions
- Establishing and tracking KPIs to assess the performance and commercial impact of digital features
- Leading agile ceremonies and ensuring user stories and sprint goals are clearly understood
- Managing smooth transitions from delivery to BAU teams and supporting continuous optimisation
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities through insight and research
- Ensuring all communications and journeys support good customer outcomes under Consumer Duty
Who we're looking for:
- Experience working as a Product Owner or within an agile delivery team
- Strong understanding of digital journey design and multi‑channel customer experiences
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence effectively in a matrix environment
- Knowledge of UX principles and how to use customer insight to inform design
- Commercial awareness with experience building business cases and articulating value
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CDPs or CRM integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of financial services or workplace savings products (desirable, not essential)
