Join our dynamic Product team at Legal & General Asset Management, where we manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our UK fund ranges. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs, while working collaboratively across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the lifecycle of UK funds and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinating product launches and changes using effective project management tools
- Driving adherence to governance frameworks and risk policies across product activities
- Reviewing product performance and identifying opportunities for enhancements or rationalisation
- Providing technical support on regulatory, tax, and operational matters for UK funds
- Engaging operational teams and service providers to deliver seamless product changes
- Analysing competitor and market trends to inform strategic product development
- Building strong internal and external relationships to support product success
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of asset management and pooled product structures in the UK
- Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA, or CAIA (desirable)
