Are you passionate about shaping the future of investment products across Europe? We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Governance team within Asset Management. This role offers the opportunity to influence the full lifecycle of our EU fund ranges, ensuring they remain fit for purpose, commercially aligned, and compliant with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to the strategic growth of our business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle management of EU fund ranges
- Coordinating product changes through effective project management
- Ensuring compliance with product governance and regulatory frameworks
- Reviewing fund performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement or closure
- Delivering technical product support across regulatory, tax, and operational matters
- Engaging operational teams and service providers to enable smooth product delivery
- Analysing competitor and industry trends to inform product development
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Who we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified or equivalent, with professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA highly desirable
- Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management within asset management
- Strong understanding of pooled product structures including UCITS and non-UCITS across jurisdictions
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines to product governance
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to committees and boards
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
