We’re looking for a creative and collaborative individual to join our Employee Communications team as a Group Employee Content Executive. This role is all about bringing stories to life, creating engaging content, and helping us connect with colleagues across the business. If you’re passionate about communication and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the conception and creation of large-scale employee communications campaigns
- Developing written, visual and audio content to keep colleagues engaged and informed
- Planning and delivering communications around key business moments and events
- Researching and telling compelling stories about our people
- Managing weekly and monthly newsletters and content calendars
- Collaborating with teams to ensure communications are on-brand and in tone
- Tracking and evaluating the impact of employee communications
- Improving processes and systems to support efficient content delivery
Who we’re looking for:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, including copy editing capabilities
- Good knowledge of digital and social media content
- Understanding of editorial and storytelling, including video
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Previous experience in a content or social media team (desirable)
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
