We’re looking for a Fund Finance Manager to join a high-performing Private Markets team, supporting a diverse portfolio of Real Estate and Infrastructure funds. This role focuses on delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting investment decisions, partnering with front office, senior stakeholders and external service providers, and contributing to the financial oversight and strategic direction of complex fund structures while ensuring a strong control environment and high-quality reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the financial management of a varied portfolio of private markets funds, delivering analysis, forecasting and performance insights.
  • Preparing and reviewing fund reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with underlying commercial activity.
  • Providing technical accounting guidance to outsourced fund accounting teams on complex or non-standard transactions.
  • Reviewing fund valuations and management accounts produced by third-party administrators.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of fund-level operating expenditure including stress testing and value analysis.
  • Managing fund cashflow planning, including oversight of equity and debt positions.
  • Reviewing key calculations such as capital calls, distributions, fees and expense allocations.
  • Acting as a key liaison between investment teams and third-party providers, ensuring clear communication and high-quality financial outputs.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Experience working with fund structures, ideally across private markets or real assets.
  • Solid understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting and governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and Infrastructure valuations, including discounted cash-flow methodologies.
  • Experience of working with outsourced service providers and reviewing third-party outputs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
