We’re looking for a Fund and Product Operations Associate to join our growing Private Markets team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting the design and launch of new funds and products across the Real Assets platform.

Working closely with a wide range of internal teams and external partners, you’ll help ensure new products are set up efficiently, meet governance standards, and align with our target operating model. You’ll also contribute to driving scalable, well‑controlled processes that support the continued growth of the business.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, solving complex problems, and contributing to high‑impact initiatives in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of scalable operating models for new funds and products across jurisdictions
  • Collaborating with Product, Investments, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver successful product launches
  • Assessing regulatory, tax and market developments and considering their impact on products and processes
  • Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, control and scalability
  • Supporting governance frameworks, including maintaining process documentation and service level agreements
  • Coordinating onboarding of new funds, products and third‑party providers, ensuring smooth execution and transition
  • Managing relationships with external service providers and monitoring service delivery against agreed KPIs
  • Supporting transaction execution and onboarding/offboarding across multiple asset classes

Who we’re looking for:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in operations or finance within asset management, ideally across alternative or real assets
  • Understanding of fund structures (open or closed‑ended) and governance frameworks
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders and functions
  • Good understanding of operational processes, controls and target operating models
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
