Join our Global Client Service Operations team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onboarding and implementation services for institutional clients. As a Client Onboarding Manager, you'll lead complex projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and ensure seamless delivery of client mandates and fund structures.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating end-to-end implementation of new client mandates and change events
- Managing operational elements of fund structures and defining processes during transitions
- Leading project timelines and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives
- Reviewing and validating legal documentation in line with client requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across multiple business areas
- Acting as an internal consultant to advise on implementation requirements and best practices
- Facilitating client meetings and calls to provide progress updates and ensure transparency
- Designing and improving processes to maintain a risk‐controlled and compliant environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in investment management with a focus on onboarding and client service
- Experience onboarding international clients, including working with German KvGs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of investment products, LDI strategies, and derivatives
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes across stakeholders
- Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware and solution‐oriented with a focus on client objectives
