Join our dynamic Channel Marketing team and help shape the future of our Active Fixed Income and Global Wealth propositions. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver marketing programmes that make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a cross-functional marketing ‘Pod’ focused on Active Fixed Income
- Collaborating with Distribution, Investment and Product teams to align marketing with business priorities
- Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and client engagement
- Coordinating regional marketing teams to implement structured programmes across UK, Europe and APAC
- Creating tailored marketing materials and joint campaigns for global bank partnerships
- Managing budgets and ensuring accurate financial tracking of marketing activities
- Using data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy
- Researching competitor activity and identifying opportunities for innovation
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing programmes within financial services
- Strong understanding of investment products and client segments, particularly in fixed income
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset to support business growth
- Knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels and technologies
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and governance standards in marketing
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
