We are looking for an Associate Portfolio Manager to join a collaborative and high‑performing Private Credit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early career experience in front‑office investment roles to develop their expertise, contribute to portfolio performance, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. You will play a key role in supporting investment activities, enhancing analytical capability, and helping to deliver strong outcomes for clients within a well‑governed and regulated environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the management and performance of Private Credit investment portfolios
  • Assisting with executing trades and investments from inception through to completion and ongoing monitoring
  • Analysing investment value and tracking performance against objectives
  • Monitoring markets and identifying potential investment and disinvestment opportunities
  • Contributing to the development of investment strategies to optimise returns within risk appetite
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on funding, hedging and liquidity management activities
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhancing analytical tools and capabilities to improve team efficiency and insight

Who we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in a front office or investment‑related role
  • Strong understanding of Private Credit, Fixed Income markets and macroeconomic factors
  • Awareness of portfolio liquidity, capital constraints and risk management principles
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and developing decision‑making skills
  • An interest in applying data, technology or AI within a financial context would be a huge plus!
