We’re looking for an Actuarial & Finance Change Services – Senior Manager to lead complex Enterprise‑Wide Finance change across L&G.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading complex actuarial and finance change initiatives across Group Finance and Enterprise-Wide Finance teams
- Providing senior technical oversight across areas such as Solvency II, IFRS 17, Capital, Reserving, Planning and Reporting
- Defining project scope, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery plans
- Working closely with Finance, Risk, Data, IT, Operations and Senior Stakeholders across the Group to turn technical outputs into clear business insight
- Overseeing changes to actuarial models, reporting processes and control frameworks
- Managing and developing colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes for internal customers
- Influencing Senior Stakeholders through structured analysis, clear communication and practical recommendations
- Ensuring change activity supports good customer outcomes and aligns with regulatory, governance and control expectations
Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified Actuary (FIA/FFA or equivalent) or relevant technical professional experience
- Strong experience leading complex actuarial, finance, insurance or technical change projects
- A strong technical grounding in actuarial, finance, capital, reporting, modelling or related disciplines
- Good knowledge of Solvency II, IFRS 17 or comparable regulatory/reporting frameworks
- Experience managing project governance, risks, dependencies, controls and documentation
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Data, IT, Operations or similar teams
- Ability to adapt quickly, pick up new technical areas and work across different business priorities
- Experience in consultancy, PRT, matching adjustment, FIS Prophet or large-scale model/reporting change would be helpful but is not essential
