Join our dynamic IT Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service support across Retail Retirements. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing expertise and resolution for incidents, requests and problems within agreed service levels
- Maintaining and sharing knowledge of systems and processes across the team
- Monitoring and reporting on service availability using appropriate tools
- Escalating issues that could impact service levels or cause extended outages
- Supporting change initiatives and adhering to change control procedures
- Contributing to disaster recovery planning and continuity testing
- Collaborating with third‑party suppliers to ensure service delivery meets expectations
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Qualifications Who we’re looking for:
- ITIL Service Management certification (or equivalent)
- Experience in a service support role, ideally supporting multiple business services
- Knowledge of IT Service Management in an outsourced environment
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, Lean methodology and DevOps principles
- Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within a team
- Understanding of the Retail Retirements and Workplace Pensions industry and its regulatory frameworks
