Join our Institutional Retirement Investments Middle Office team and play a key role in delivering high-quality investment performance, portfolio analytics, and risk management insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, supporting strategic decision-making and driving process improvements across a dynamic investment environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing portfolio MI reporting for senior stakeholders across Investments and Risk
- Managing and validating data while supporting the development of asset data models
- Running operational processes to enhance front office decision-making
- Implementing new reporting and data workflow technologies to improve efficiency
- Contributing to the optimisation of our product-led operating model
- Providing cross-coverage for critical reporting and operational activities
- Engaging stakeholders and testing changes to ensure positive customer outcomes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Strong background in middle office or investment MI reporting roles
- Good understanding of financial services and investment asset classes, especially Fixed Income or Private Assets
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros/VBA) and familiarity with data analytics tools
- Experience in process improvement and data automation
- Ability to analyse large data sets and maintain high accuracy standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach
- Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
