We’re looking for an Investment Reporting Specialist to join Legal & General – a leading UK financial services group and major global investor. Legal & General (L&G) is one of the world’s largest asset managers, providing powerful asset origination capabilities across pension risk transfer, life insurance, and workplace pensions.

Join one of Europe’s largest asset managers and play a key role in delivering exceptional client reporting services. As an Investment Reporting Specialist, you’ll work within our Client Reporting Group, part of Global Client Services Operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for a diverse global client base. This role combines technical expertise with client‑focused service, helping shape solutions that enhance the client experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end‑to‑end production and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports
  • Overseeing collation and timely delivery of data to clients within SLA and regulatory guidelines
  • Demonstrating strong investment management knowledge and understanding of LGIM’s products and mandates
  • Working with large and complex data structures to support bespoke reporting requirements
  • Representing client reporting internally and externally, partnering with relationship teams and client service solutions
  • Attending client review calls and onboarding meetings, capturing requirements and providing reporting expertise
  • Collaborating with internal teams to define scalable processes and enhance client experience
  • Project‑managing ad‑hoc queries, data requests and client change through to completion

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working with large data sets, ideally within investment management
  • Ability to question the status quo and solve complex problems independently
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, building relationships at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Proficient IT skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of VBA, Python, Power BI and SQL advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience acting as a subject‑matter expert and supporting management when required
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering client‑centric solutions
