We’re looking for two Senior Project Managers to lead complex projects within our Group Functions portfolio. These roles offer the opportunity to work across diverse business areas, delivering strategic initiatives that drive organisational success. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of highly complex projects, project portfolio, or a programme of work within Group Functions
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Driving adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Facilitating workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment
- Monitoring progress and reporting on key milestones and risks
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- End to end project delivery experience with a proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi supplier transformation/change projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within a platform and product model is advantageous
- Experience in budget and resource management at project/portfolio and programme level
- Experience in risk management and governance frameworks
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Professional project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred
