We’re currently recruiting for an Onboarding Calculations Team Manager to join our Award Winning PRT business. As a Team Manager in the Onboarding Calculations team, you will lead a high-performing group of Defined Benefit pension administrators. You’ll play a key role in shaping operational delivery, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the onboarding of new schemes in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
This is a hybrid working opportunity, which means you can work between your home and the office to find a work-life balance that works for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Onboarding Calculations Consultants
- Collaborating with senior leaders to shape strategy and enhance service delivery
- Overseeing complex pension administration processes from quotation to settlement
- Managing operational readiness and scalability to support new business onboarding
- Driving process improvements while maintaining quality and compliance
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Analysing feedback to ensure customer expectations and outcomes are met
- Managing team performance in line with company policies and partnership principles
Who we're looking for:
- Pension qualification such as CII or PMI, or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and benefit structures
- Experience managing operational teams in insurance or financial services
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage change and deliver continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage high volumes of work
- Commitment to delivering fair treatment and good outcomes for customers
