We’re looking for an Inspire Scaler Developer to join our Customer Communications team, helping to design, develop and support customer communication solutions across the Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Quadient Inspire expertise who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working collaboratively with stakeholders and contributing to the continuous improvement of critical customer communication services. Based within Retail Protection, you’ll play a key role in delivering robust, scalable and customer‑focused solutions that support millions of customer interactions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, developing, testing and maintaining low‑code workflows and technical solutions within Quadient Inspire Scaler
- Translating business, regulatory and customer requirements into scalable and supportable communication solutions
- Assessing, documenting, testing and implementing system and process changes in line with governance and quality standards
- Supporting production services by investigating incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and driving timely resolution
- Acting as a technical subject‑matter expert for customer communications, document composition and workflow automation
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams and third‑party suppliers to deliver successful change initiatives
- Improving customer communication services by enhancing efficiency, resilience, accessibility and customer outcomes
- Supporting the creation, generation, delivery and archiving of customer communications across the Legal & General Group
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience working with Quadient Inspire Scaler, with Inspire Designer and Interactive exposure being advantageous
- Knowledge of the Quadient Inspire platform, including Designer, Interactive and ICM
- Experience developing low‑code workflows and technical solutions
- Scripting or development experience using JavaScript, Groovy, TypeScript or Java
- Good understanding of JSON data structures and SQL
- Experience supporting production applications and resolving incidents in a live environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to perform root‑cause analysis and identify sustainable solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused approach
