What you'll do:
- Deliver an efficient claims service by understanding pension schemes, calculating benefits, and providing clear guidance to customers, intermediaries, and Trustees.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with internal frameworks and management reporting.
- Provide tailored information and support, including to vulnerable customers, to enable informed decisions and positive outcomes.
- Act as a technical expert, keeping up to date with pensions legislation, HMRC guidance, and complex or sensitive cases.
- Manage claims, complaints, and sensitive cases such as bereavements, liaising with next of kin, solicitors, and third parties.
- Support team training and embed conduct risk principles to maintain high service standards and protect customers.
What you bring:
- Experience in office-based customer service, reception, contact centre, or call centre roles.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
