We’re looking for a dynamic and people‑focused leader to join our Group Protection Claims team. As a Claims Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading high‑performing teams, delivering great customer outcomes and driving continuous improvement across our claims operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, shaping service delivery while supporting and developing others to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating Team Managers to deliver service, quality and performance outcomes
- Coaching and developing teams to build capability and drive engagement
- Delivering excellent customer outcomes through proactive claims management
- Collaborating with stakeholders across operations, underwriting, finance and planning
- Driving performance through insight, analysis and action planning
- Improving processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensuring consistency of service, quality and risk management across teams
- Supporting the delivery of regulatory, compliance and data protection requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading teams in a claims or operational environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a passion for developing others
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering great outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Group Protection products or similar would be beneficial
