Your role at a glance
As a Product Proposition Governance Apprentice, you’ll complete the level 3 compliance and risk officer apprenticeship. You’ll support how our Workplace Savings products are managed and reviewed, helping to ensure they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. No two days are the same, you’ll get involved in a wide range of tasks while learning from experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Finding and using data to understand how well our products are working for customers
- Helping to write product reviews that show where we’re delivering good outcomes and best practice
- Assisting with the production of regular analysis of customer activity
- Supporting the team to work in line with our risk and control processes (risk management framework)
- Investigating potential changes, exploring options and helping put plans in place to implement them
- Keeping up to date with our products and any rule changes, and explaining what this means clearly to stakeholders

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or equivalent
- Minimum 96 UCAS points from your Level 3 Qualifications i.e. A 'levels or equivalent
- To not currently be on a government funded training course, e.g. on apprenticeship
- To not hold a similar qualification at the same level or above
- The right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for the past 3 consecutive years.
