Job Description
We\'re recruiting for a Head of Employee Experience and HR Operations to join us. We\'re offering acompetitive base salary 12% car allowance and generous benefits package.
You\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our people experience work-leading enterprise-wide HR service delivery, driving innovation, and ensuring every colleague feels supported, empowered, and valued.

What you\'ll be doing:
- Leading the global strategy for employee experience, product design and MyHR services
- Championing a human-centred approach to employee and line manager experiences
- Overseeing UK MyHR operations and driving global service excellence
- Delivering accurate, timely and compliant payroll services across multiple regions
- Embedding automation, AI and analytics to enhance service delivery and reduce cost
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring robust risk and compliance controls
- Building and mentoring a diverse, high-performing team
- Driving continuous improvement through feedback, data and innovation
Who we\'re looking for:
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles ideally with a global remit
- Deep knowledge of employee experience design, shared services and payroll
- Strong track record of digital transformation using AI and automation
- Experience with HR technologies such as Oracle, Workday or ServiceNow
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and operational acumen
- Inclusive leader who fosters collaboration, innovation and growth
- Commitment to delivering fair, consistent and high-quality employee outcomes
